Delivery Policy

We make use of reliable couriers.

Your boxes should be delivered at the given address between 3-7 working days for all central cities from payment received. Please note that delivery can take up to 10 working days for remote locations.

Please take weekends and public holidays into account when calculating this.

Return & Exchange Policy

Conditions for Returns:

​

● The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days.
● The Goods are in the undamaged in original packaging and materials

​

The following Goods cannot be returned:

​

● Where the date of expiry is over.
● The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or
hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

Once we have inspected the returned products we will, according to your preference:

​

● replace the product (if available); or
● issue a refund voucher for the purchase price of the product 

​

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded.

Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be returned or refunded.
